1. Writing essays is nothing but talking out of your ass.

2. A Monday night without Heroes is a bleak Monday night indeed.

3. That thing with that girl who was my best friend STILL stings, despite having reaffirmed who I am and what I like and gone off on a trip and all that jazz. Still hurts, guys. Once I watch the S4 finale and the first episode of S5 of House, I have a feeling that I'll be able to sympathize with both Wilson and House on the whole 'breaking up friendship' thing. (Not that I'm implying that my ... I mean my former ... I mean that girl and I were in love like House and Wilson are, just saying that the whole friendship-breakup thing is something I can understand and will probably cue lots of random tears when I get around to watching the episodes.)

4. Now that the clocks have been turned back, it gets hella dark hella fast and REALLY throws off your eating and sleeping habits.

You're right. Writing an essay really is just talking out of your as.

Ewww, essays. However, they do really test your talent for bullshitting. It's an important skill to have. Everyone needs to work on their BS-ing skillz.

Personally, I think a Monday night with Heroes is actually more bleak than Monday without Heroes. Yes, I'm unhappy with this show. Again. I'm sort of getting to the point where I'm not caring too much anymore, which I think is a good thing.

Yeah, I hate that it gets dark so early now! My last class gets out at 7:40, so yeah. That's a long, dark walk back to the dorm.

True! It was kinda fun to write three pages of complete bull and hand it in with a smile on my face.

Well, last episode it was picking up ... I'm worried about this upcoming episode. Thompson? The land of the boring past? Oh noes!
Still, S1 took a while to find its feet, and the Writer's Strike cut short that amazing Released-Virus plot (in which they intended Maya to eventually suck up the Virus and possibly die a hero in the process YAY!) so I'm still hopeful about S3. There are good things about it, and if we stick with it for just a little bit longer, I think it'll be right back to awesomesauce.

Of course daylight savings time coincided with a geeky guy at school lending me S1 of the X-Files, so once I get home I have to leap onto the couch if I want to watch the episodes before it's pitch black outside.

(Awww, SQUEE for Clex! I don't actively ship them, but I've seen a few of the S1 episodes and ... yeah, the slash overwhelmed my senses.)
