OMG I HOLD IN MY HANDS THE DVD SET OF HEROES VOLUME 2!!!!!11!!!!11!!!1!!

The bad news? I've still got nine frackin' episodes to go on V1. See, I got shanghaied by the Whoverse, so now I'm having a marathon (all by my lonesome *sighs overdramatically*) to try and reprogram my brain. It's going well. (IBut 've had to resort to speeding through the previouslies, the Matt/Janice scenes, and most of the Niki stuff, because people are starting to worry about my mental health.) Of course, when I try to go to sleep I hear the Heroes music in my head, which is kinda creepy. The upside to that is that I had a dream last night in which Peter carried Claude bride-and-groom-style somewhere and Claude looked more like he looks in the past (clean shaven, longish hair) and Claude was kissing and nuzzling Peter and it was all very wonderful.

So ... once I get through some of my fav episodes of S1 (most of them are towards the end, possibly because that's when I became a hardcore fan, despite the fact that the first episode I saw on TV was episode 4) I shall dive back into V2 and return with insights and squees and laments of how annoying the Japan-plot, the West-plot, and the World's-slowest-Nissan-Rouge-Road-Trip plot were/are.

Wish me luck! *dives back in again*

Eeeee good luck! I would totes join you in your marathon, but alas I fear having no car would impede this...

How much was the s2 set? Cos I didn't really like s2 all that much (even though Matthinder and the House of M was WONDERFUL) and I'm not sure if I should buy it or download it.

Ah, thanks for the well-wishing! Ha ha, it's ok you can't join me, my best friend (who now goes by 'gavreel' in these parts) came over for the DW marathon, so watching by myself is nice and much, much quieter.)

Well, I hear the bonus features are well worth the not-so-up-to-snuff episodes, but as I got it for 34% off on amazon with free shipping, I'm not so sure about the pricing. Maybe you should download it for now, then wait a while and buy it used? amazon is GREAT for used DVDs, especially since sometimes you get still-in-plastic-wrapped ones that are half the original price.

I would definitely have a Heroes marathon with you if you lived anywhere near me. ALAS!

Awww, the end of Heroes season one is really great shit. I loved so many of the last episodes. Mmmm. What a great show. Except for that whole second season thing. But other than that, it was just doing so well.

A clean Claude? Surely such a thing cannot be possible. He just wouldn't be the same if he looked like he'd bathed recently.

*sigh* That's the downside to Heroes being so accessible and loved by people all over the world: it's hard for fans to get together for marathons!

Me too! FYG especially (I'm a sucker for post-apocalyptic-futures that show the characters you know and love in really twisted scenarios and end up having to be avoided at all costs. That's why I loved 'Turn Left' so dam much ...)

Except for that whole second season thing.
Meh, bits of it were ok. Like the Mylar reunion, and the SWORDFIGHT, and the Mottwalker family.

I know, but ... *purrs* It was a gooooooooooooood dream ...

and don't forget other bits as well! like Adam and the Kiro-ness and stuff. XD (I too love FYG and stuff and yay we're getting another AU future ep as well, woohoo! XD)

I want to get together and have a Heroes marathon. T_____T Or a Doctor Who marathon. ;_;

I think the AU future is going to be more than one episode! Evil Claire and Peter-with-a-scar all around! YAY!

Wouldn't both, mixed up, be awesome? We could watch 'Turn Left' and then FYG and compare 'Last of the Time Lords' to 'Powerless.'

woohoo! *dances* That'll be AWESOME! I mean, we only got 1 ep in S1 and that was FYG, so it'll be cool if we get at least two AU ep's. XD

Oh it WOULD! Might explode from all the hotness and awesome, but it'd be great! lol

I got heroes S2 also! Well, actually I also have S1 as well! I got S1 first, a couple of weeks ago and for only 15 DOLLARS!!! Yay for looking around! Don't feel bad, I've been skipping the Matt/Janice and the Niki scenes too. Your dream sounds awesome. XD I loved the japan plot for two reasons. 1: Kensei(Adam) and 2: Kiro. Those two make up for it.

The first episode I saw was the second to last ep of S1. Then I got the transcripts for S1 because I wanted to see/read what I missed and I fell in love and became a hardcore fan. <3

And yay for getting Heroes S2 the day it comes out and for only 27 dollars! It was on sale, brand new mind you!, at Sam Goody for like 30 dollars and I have a discount card that was given to me, so it ended up like 26/27 dollars, so yay! XD They also have Doctor Who Series 3 there, but it's 99.99 T_T
