Indiana Jones + That Guy + Eeeeeeeewww

Yesterday I saw the new Indiana Jones movie and ... hrrrrm. Personally I thought it was ridiculous (aliens linked with the Mayans? Good lord, when I want THAT I watch Doctor Who, not Indiana Jones!) but there were some bits that were great. I'm talking about the SWORDS the "say 'grab this rope!'" and the awesome chase scenes. The ants were GROSS and, personally, I think making Shia LeBouf (or however the hell you spell his name) Jones' son was a bad move. They were having mad chemistry (the motorcycle ride FTW!) but once I found out they were father and son I muttered 'oh, EW ... there goes THAT pairing ...' seriously, that was pretty darn slashy and wonderful up until it turned out they were related! *must go bleach brain*
I know it's wrong of me to slash ancient-guys and teenagers, but I was TIRED and confuzzled and there was a MOTORCYCLE for Rassilon's sake!
Also, Harrison Ford? Still attractive. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! *blink blink*

Anyhoodle, today That-Guy said 'stratigically' and it was WONDERFUL.
I have no idea WHY, but it was!

Also, today I had to go on this really long, HORRENDOUS hike and I found about nine ticks on me and it's humid and AWFUL and I feel DISGUSTING and I have to spend four more hours in these clothes. *squirms uncomfortably*
Last night air-conditioners were installed, and I tried very, very hard not to think about David Tennant during that time, but as he was all I've been watching for the past few days.
*feels yicky* Now I can't read the new Praxis! Darn!
