New Livejournal Layout

*scowls* I hate it when websites change their layouts to that modern/bubbly kind of thing to try and be hip with the young kids or whatever. I hate it every time youtube updates, I've hated it when Facebook mucks around (but then again I already hate Facebook, its commenting system is crap) but now Livejournal too? Really? 

Where are the subject lines?! Why are those now bold titles in the comment boxes themselves? That's ... well, for lack of a better word, that's just stupid. Now I have to squint. Thanks, Livejournal. Thanks a bunch. Also, thanks for ignoring your userbase completely and not, I dunno, polling us or anything first to ask if we even wanted these changes or anticipated liking them. 

Also I've been reading that people with slower systems are having a hard time loading thing. Which, seeing as it wasn't that long ago I was using dial-up, makes me cringe in sympathy.

Ha, and since you land squarely in the "young" demographic and you hate it, they've probably shot themselves in the foot again. Me, I hate it too, but at my age I'm grumpy, studying to become crabby, and my default setting is "I hate change."
