(ARGH!) Help Please!!!

I've spent half the morning trying to download bitorrent or BiTorrent or however the hell you spell it and IT ISN'T WORKING! My previously steadfast ilegal site doesn't have the second half of episode 6, season 1 of Life on Mars, and it's driving me MAAAAAAAD!!! *tears out hair and such*
Could someone please provide me with the proper linky to bitorrent and give me a step-by-step directions as to how I might find and watch episode 6, season 1?
Or, if not, does anyone have useful linkies to an easier route to watching said episode?
It's so infuriating to have Sam handcuffed to a pipe, about to be shot/have his life support systems turned off, and have to jump into the next episode where everything's ok.

You know how I was going to catch up on two months + of Mylar? Well, looking at all that slash and ... I don't think I can do it. I'm very, very sorry to all you wonderful authors. I will try to finish the series I was in the middle of ages ago, but with everything going on and Doctor/Master swiftly becoming my OTP ... I just can't. I'm so, so sorry, but Mylar is such a huge pairing, I simply haven't the time.
*in eternal shame* Mayhap I'll have time this summer to delve into the archives! You never know ...
