*blinkblink* I read 'Brokeback Mountain' last night. That was ... uh ... *gulps* yes, I cried, and yes, I wailed a bit, and yes, I was thankful that one of my female relatives had been passing through of late and was around to give me a hug. I see now why people think that seeing the movie will send me spiralling into a deep depression. *huggles self* I felt like ... well, it helps to write this stuff out, so I'll try it out on you lot:

Something large and wet was curled up inside her chest, debating wheter to burst out through her ribs or force its way up her throat.

(Yeah, I know, makes me sound all 'emo' - which, btw, is a term I DESPISE so lay off! - but it helps to write it all out.)

Then I dug out some old books of mine and read bits that made me (eventually) feel better, and then the cat patted in and leap up onto the bed and curled up near my knees and it was all good.

This morning I awoke to cold and rain. What the FUCK is up with all this gorram RAIN? Doesn't Mother Nature know that the play is this week? In an outdoor THEATER? *headdesk* I'm going to call in a bit and ask if today's preformance is cancelled, I even went so far as to try and deciper whether charts on the computer beforehand, but it's only telling me what it's like NOW, which I KNOW because I'M RIGHT HERE LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW.
Yeah, methinks the lack-of-sleep is getting to me. *rubs eyes* Plus I might have allergies. Bet it's to mold ... which, I think, would be a convinent allergy if you were a health-inspector. Or really, really mean. (You go into someone's house, sneeze, and point and laugh.)
Yeah, some guys in the play are getting on my nerves. It's affecting me and making me sound all bitchy to you guys, which makes no sense because you guys are NICE to me and don't talk loud backstage, clop around in noisy shoes, or make lewd comments when I'm listening to the show. Plus all this rain is making everyone else depressed and I am SICK and TIRED of being the nice, happy one around here! *sighs*
My birthday's coming up soon, though! Yahoo!

(Oh, damnit ...) PJ-Kun, happy (late) birthday! *hugs you* I WILL have that fic for you ... possibly next week, when I have time to sleep properly and think out of iambic pentameter.

*huggle* The movie is really good though. I haven't read the book yet. It'll be okay! *extra huggle*

I don't like the term emo either. =P

That's good! I also do that with fanfic as well, not just books, reading something to make me feel better. I might re-read my Vampire Chronicles books again...Anne Rice ftfw!

We've been getting some rain over here too. D= Better rain than worse stuff though.

Yeah, methinks the lack-of-sleep is getting to me. *rubs eyes* Plus I might have allergies. Bet it's to mold ... which, I think, would be a convinent allergy if you were a health-inspector. Or really, really mean. (You go into someone's house, sneeze, and point and laugh.))
Oh I hate allergies. I sometimes get affected by some stuff and it bugs the hell out of me.

Sorry you're getting bothered. D= Well all the people in an enclosed space + all the noise that it, might be what's bothering you.

My birthday's coming up soon, though! Yahoo!))
I know! *huggle* I already did your birthday fic! lol Though I might also do the DW/LOST fic for your b-day also. =P

Thank you, Zel-chan! *hug* Like I said, you don't have to rush! Whenever you get the chance! =D

*sniffles* I'm a bit better now ... heaven help me when I actually see the movie ... I'll probably fall down and cry on the floor for three days straight ... I'll plan to have some of my relations or Lost-buddies around when I do watch it, then ...

I think it's awful that some people feel so bad that they cut themselves, but it's even worse when people make fun of them for that. I mean, people wearing scarves in summer and ridiculously tight pants and bangs so long they can't see, I find kinda silly, but if that's how some people wanna look, fine by me. White middle-class kids pretending to be deep is annoying, but you just avoid it. Plus, growing up with a gay dad, you get used to guys with eyeliner. Just sayin' ...

Woohoo, Anne Rice! (I'm mildly disturbed that she's 'found Jesus' and denounced the Vampire books ... was she cursed or something?)

I know! *huggle* I already did your birthday fic! lol Though I might also do the DW/LOST fic for your b-day also. =P
Huzzah! *huggles you*

Ok, just so I'm clear, for your birthday fic, you want me to write Doctor/Jack, right?

lol I suppose. At least you have been exposed to more of the world and not confined to a narrow-minded existance like some people do/have to.

I'm a bit disturbed at that too. I mean, I haven't heard anything happen to her, but yet she denounces the books she spent most of her life on and what she is most well known for, and the books are incredibly wonderful? I just don't get it...

Huzzah! *huggles you*
aww! lol *huggle*

Yup! Thanks so much! =D Doctor/Jack is <3. Now if sarkywoman could just update a new chap of Stuck On The Slow Path, then I'd be a happy fangirl, lol.

Yay, a Doctor plushie! (*SQUEE*)

lol I suppose. At least you have been exposed to more of the world and not confined to a narrow-minded existance like some people do/have to.
Which, you know, is nice for me personally, but it sucks to be around the people who are always gonna be narrow-minded ...

And now Anne Rice writes spiritual books ... *shudders* I mean, I have no problem with that, but HER? It just SCARES me ... *huggles self* is this the apocalypse? I see no four horsemen!

Ok, Doctor/Jack ... *GRINZ* ... *cue sing-song voice* I've had a clever ideaaaaaaa! Hee hee hee hee heee heee!

Yeah, with her it's like...O_o No! No apocalypse! I didn't even get into anymore fandom ;__;

Ooh! *is intrigued now* I can't wait even more to read it now! =D

lol damn straight! If they listened to us fangirls, they'd probably be making more business. And we can't forget about the Master plushies either! =D

lol if you want me to avoid it I will, but for future reference, there is hardly anything that actually bothers me. Spoilers don't bother me either. =P

They totally would ... heh heh, Master plushies ... I'll mix-n-match with the Doctor plushies! I can pair Simm with Fivey and Ainley with Ten and ... *cackles*

Then again, I doubt you'll understand how my mind works ... just to be clear, there IS going to be Ten/Jack ...

Heh, BBC would make money, they wouldn't care! It's actually a kind of happy ending!

I will try and finish your fic for ... tomorrow ... maybe. *crosses fingers, prays, sifts through e-mails, and hunkers down for the long-haul*

I guess the book is better then the movie because I only remember feeling like it was kind of pointless, not overly sad.

But then again I was one of like 3 people who thought the movie was fairly boring and not something fantastic.

I've only ever seen the film but that made me very sad I loved how strained it was, the silent moments especially the moment with the shirts, hiding a loves shirt for fear of discovery sob. I love Heath Ledger in it ( then I remember that he has died and I feel really sad). I hate the word emo too the fact that someones pain is diminished by single word never sat right with me.
I'm really sorry about the bad weather I hope that it will get better or at least stop for your play.
I'm sorry about the lack of sleep, how long does the play run for and which one are you doing? Which part?
I know this won't help but when I was doing A level drama there were just three/ four of us in a group and we had to do the same three pieces every other day for nine weeks and we all became really bitchy with each other. There's something about drama that makes it so stressful everytime. Don't feel bad and I'm sorry that guys being annoying I'll give him an invisable smack to the back of the ears from here --- Thwack. There.
I hope the play goes well! ( I see you don't like GL so I won't say it ;)

Heath Ledger was such a fantastic actor. He'd better get an Oscar for his performance as the Joker, or I'm going to storm the awards ceremony.

The play has 6 performances, today was the second, we're doing 'The Taming of the Shrew' and I'm a servant (small part, but people who can't do the winter and spring shows are given big parts in the summer shows, and as I can do all three, I get a smaller part in this. It's still LOADS of fun though. When Petruchio yells for food we run on and fling things to each other through the air, some people juggle tankards, that kind of thing.)

Hee hee, thanks for the invisible smacking! Hopefully they felt it subconsciously.

Thank you ... but 'break a leg' or 'merde' is preferable to mainstream well-wishings. (Yes, I'm one of THOSE actors, who yelps at people when they whistle backstage, shrieks when someone says 'Macbeth' in a theater, and does a strange dance-and-chant to reinforce the play's luck-security several times each year.)
