Haven't seen the Borgias yet. I'm not usually squicked by it unless there is, like you said, power imbalance - or, again, keeping calling themselves by family relations. Otherwise, I can understand, but I rarely care about the pairing. The only canon incest I liked was in Angel Sanctuary, and there they kept calling each other by names and their parents were divorced, so they were distanced. I could also get with siblings or half-siblings that never saw each other their entire life, or one is legit and other isn't and they never acknowledged family bond...it's really the dynamics that matter.
