Oh, that's a good point ... um, there are several climaxes, mostly towards the end of the episode? *shrugs* It does take place over a stretch of several months, not like a day or a week or a few hours like most episodes of tv try for. That could be why. *resists urge to make joke about "multiple climaxes"*

The boomerang was also kind of silly. Especially since the boomerang they show isn't a hunting boomerang. Those are really really fucking huge. Seriously. To give you an idea: They were used to kill kangaroo. The boomerang they show would not be used for hunting.
