Oh, Linkara … I hate to say it but this sequence was NOT shot well. And you're not acting your best here. I'll give you a pass this time, as you're trying to act all shell-shocked and stuff, but … the actor in me cringed.
"How the hell are we supposed to fight something that kills GODS?!"
Why do you need to be fighting him again? He's only after you because you're resisting and he thinks he needs to take over the whole universe to keep you all safe from 'The Entity.'

Ah, good, they're addressing that! (Yeah, Vyce didn't really give you a chance to team up … but you could have rolled for diplomacy before going in for the fisticuffs, right?)

The idea of the Care Bears registering with the government during Civil War makes me cackle. And Linkara imitating a shy little creature being interviewed by the government gave me squiggly feelings.

I'm surprised he didn't bring up Nightcrawler and Mystique when he mentioned blue possibly being taboo in the Care Bears' society.

Uh … Linkara …? Lord Vyce has an army of shadow-monsters. Your house is practically unguarded. It's amazing how you can be both Genre Savvy and Genre Blind at the exact same time.

Date: 2011-02-04 01:44 am (UTC)I love Mr. Plinkett too. :) Even if some of what he says makes my inner Wide Eyed Innocent go "What the *beep* is wrong with you?!" XD But once you get past that, he's a very good reviewer. Unfortunately, he hasn't uploaded his review of REVENGE OF THE SITH to Youtube yet...which bites...
As for Vyce, I frankly want to learn about this world-eating entity. I mean, what is it? A past Linkara? A future Linkara? Darth Nihilus come back from the dead?
Sorry, bad K2 joke. :) Seriously though, when I heard about the whole world-eater thing, I thought, "Wait a second...Darth Nihilus, is that you?" XD
And Harvey's awesome no matter what. :)
