Mar. 7th, 2010 02:52 pm... ok, that is officially my very favorite thing in the whole wide world ...
A combination of being sick, having no time to read books because I need to focus on my script, and having a fondness for cackling in a corner of the computer lab and getting stranger looks than usual caused me to read Narbonic almost religiously for the past week, tearing through about four years worth of archives during breaks and lazy afternoons I spent on the couch snuffling and drinking orange juice and cursing because I got sick on the weekend of the FIGHT WORKSHOPS DAMMIT.
Read it HERE (without the commentary, 'cause it's got spoilers ... but later on you SHOULD read it with commentary because she explains quite a bit) ... wow the art really grew over time ...
I am not worthy to attempt to sing its praises, and it really defies description but here goes: it's a a webcomic about mad scientists (there go all the Insano fangirls on my flist) with frequent shout-outs to Shakespeare (there go all the Shakespeare fangirls on my flist) and it's got a bazillion geeky references and some crazy HoYay, FoeYay, and LesYay potential (there goes everyone else on my flist.)
I need a nap ...
