Please don't worry about following any particular prompt I have here. I know how anxiety-inducing it can be to get an assignment and have no prompts or idea of what the person likes at all, so I wanted to provide some. If you get a completely different idea, go right ahead, I look forward to whatever you write for this.

Grouping these together because well ... these two. There's so much that could happen here. Putting on a show for others to keep up the master and slave charade on the road. Bad communication/misunderstandings. Differing ideas of consent. Frustration leading to aggressive physical altercations. Exposure to drugs or weird plants in the wilds that have an unexpected effect. Kamet picking what he thinks of as a lesser punishment. This ship is great but the fanfic that exists is mostly pretty fluffy and sweet ... I would really love something that delves into the deeply difficult consent issues of their pairing.
Eugenides xcons Kamet. Eugenides had Kamet kidnapped from a distance and then let Kamet walk right up to him in the throne room and squint in his face. I really like to think that during his time in the palace there was time for Eugenides to visit Kamet at night. Kamet's concepts of consent being very skewed due to his status and background would be great. So would Eugenides having assumptions or expectations that Kamet struggles to uphold.

Irene and Eugenides xcon Costis Ormentiedes. I see this taking place during The King of Attolia. What an immensely sexy book, the powerplays, the strategies, Irene holding the power of life and death over men who'd willingly die for her, Eugenides toying with Costis ... I love this book. Anyways, Costis spends the majority of the book sleep-deprived, hungry, and fearing for his life. Why not add some highly dubious consent on top of that? Either at the hands of just his king, or Irene too. Could be some personal punishment taking place out of sight, or the monarch(s) thinking they have every right to call upon the handsome young guard if they so desire, or a reward for loyalty, or any number of scenarios. Would love for Costis to be torn between genuine desire and also very aware that refusal is unthinkable/risks death.

All the vampire sire/childre angst is appreciated. So is them meeting up after the events of the fiction and albums and reconnecting. Or when Carmilla first led Nastya away from her home and into space. Was Nastya the one who pushed Carmilla out of the airlock at least once? Do either of them ever miss each other?
I'm very fond of the idea of Nastya turning the tables on Carmilla after all these years, but also the super into the early days of Carmilla introducing Nastya to all sorts of things like physical contact and space vampirism. These are complicated characters and I'd love to see them explored more in fic, especially when it's just the two of them.

Let's get some angst for these two. I'm down for either a mutual scenario where both are impacted by something like space sex pollen, or cultural misunderstandings leading to noncon or dubcon and them working through the aftermath of that when the reveal happens. Maybe the sexual tension bubbles over and Marius doesn't realize he's gone too far until it's too late. Maybe Lyf thinks they weren't allowed to refuse. Maybe Marius didn't realize his piratical flirting was being misinterpreted as legitimate threats. Perhaps post-album Lyf ends up on the Aurora and some of the crew joking around means Lyf thinks they have to submit to Marius or risk being airlocked.
Ideally I'd love to read about both the act itself and the aftermath, these two characters communicating properly for once is practically a kink itself.

With Mort, I feel there's a lot of potential for memories to resurface during the act and Mort to attempt to be nice to Polly as best he can/thinks is nice. For the mxcon scenarios, Polly and Yaretzi were thrown into a pit, what if instead of being expected to fight the bird they were encouraged to put on a different kind of show?
Bern Keene & Violet Keene xcon Olivier Song. I feel bad for Olivier in canon, I really do. However, Bern and Violet punishing them in private, noticing how much Olivier craves praise and leans towards authority figures, and deciding to play on that? I would like to see it. Ideally sometime after the initial attacks, with Olivier being taken prisoner or seeking sanctuary and having to prove themselves trustworthy enough to be allowed out of confinement.
The Countess and Yaretzi mxcon. This is pure id desire on my part I admit that. Werewolf and vampire. Flirting and fighting. Bloodlust of every sort. Maybe it's a full moon, or a special ritual, or a curse, or they ate something from the swamps that had a strange effect. I'd love for them to both get to indulge in a way they haven't been able to in a long time, with a partner who can take what they give.
Yaretzi and Riot Maidstone mxcon. I just think they're neat? I'm weak for angry women, especially those who go a bit feral with rage in fights and on their quests. I think these two would have a lot to discuss. Maybe they meet during a full moon, or Riot seeks Yaretzi out thinking she can get some more power from her bite, or they're exposed to some Hallowoods pollen.

Cel xcons Barret. Cel seems disinclined to kill Barret, as readily as the others are, potentially because Cel has been a villain in people's stories in the past. I'd like to see that explored. I'd very much like to see Cel taking Barret's life as their own and using him for experiments, as a lab assistant, or just a particularly grumpy toy.
Grizzop and Sasha mxcon. Maybe there's a heat, or a spell, or a strange ritual they stumble into. I love these two and their super close bond, and I'd love to see them possibly pining or having agreed not to act on their desires quite yet, and then having the issue forced. Robbing them of a proper first time, in a way, I find that specifically very cruel and fascinating.

Kaz Brekker and Inej Ghafa mxcon. I am so very taken by these two. They care so deeply about each other but can't say it, and both have struggles with physical affection for various reasons. I really really want to see what happens if they're forced together before they're ready by some external force, and have to deal with the fallout afterwards.

Maybe Genya turns to him for comfort after one of the King's usual abuses, and Aleksander wants to have a go at her next. Maybe Genya clumsily tries to seduce him as a way of regaining control and it really doesn't work out in her favor. Maybe he trains her in how to endure the King's abuses. Would love a mixture of praise and degredation from Aleksander to Genya.

Or an AU where Agnes is still lurking around and feels herself drawn to Jon now that he's the Archivist? Will she help burn down the Archives, or will she need convincing? Feel free to lean WAY into the dark religious implications of Agnes especially if you're comfortable with that.

Maybe residual Slaughter influence, maybe her outrage at him doing the surgery on her when she was knocked out, maybe post-apocalypse and Jon feels he owes her this much and doesn't resist. Would really love for Melanie to have a knife during it all.
Melanie King xcons Elias Bouchard. This is complicated. I was trying to work this out and came up with "the 70s horror appeal of an abused woman lashing back at her abusive boss and raping him at knifepoint but like he enjoys it too much and it's really weird." If that makes sense to you, great! If not, don't worry, I have more words:
I want Melanie to have her vengeance. I want her to get back at him. I'm real mad she wasn't there to see him arrested. I'm real mad she didn't get to stab him. I feel like Elias enjoys women hurting him way too much, maybe play that out a bit? Maybe they have a messed up, dark, deeply unhealthy relationship while she protects the Institute and he tries to steer into more of a Slaughter Soldier type. Maybe he can compel statements about her sex life and kinks, either to humiliate her or turn her on or enrage her. Maybe she has just enough Eye powers to turn that back on him for a change and drag out all the disgusting things he thinks about all day. Love the idea of her making him suck her fingers, her boot, her knife, anything to stop his lying tongue. Also remember for all his posturing, Elias snapped and beat a man to death with a pipe and called it an "overreaction" he's got violent rage going on too. You could really lean on the corporate horror of all this, the paperwork, contracts, reviews, disciplinary measures, etc.

Eugenides xcons Kamet. Eugenides had Kamet kidnapped from a distance and then let Kamet walk right up to him in the throne room and squint in his face. I really like to think that during his time in the palace there was time for Eugenides to visit Kamet at night. Kamet's concepts of consent being very skewed due to his status and background would be great. So would Eugenides having assumptions or expectations that Kamet struggles to uphold.

Irene and Eugenides xcon Costis Ormentiedes. I see this taking place during The King of Attolia. What an immensely sexy book, the powerplays, the strategies, Irene holding the power of life and death over men who'd willingly die for her, Eugenides toying with Costis ... I love this book. Anyways, Costis spends the majority of the book sleep-deprived, hungry, and fearing for his life. Why not add some highly dubious consent on top of that? Either at the hands of just his king, or Irene too. Could be some personal punishment taking place out of sight, or the monarch(s) thinking they have every right to call upon the handsome young guard if they so desire, or a reward for loyalty, or any number of scenarios. Would love for Costis to be torn between genuine desire and also very aware that refusal is unthinkable/risks death.

I'm very fond of the idea of Nastya turning the tables on Carmilla after all these years, but also the super into the early days of Carmilla introducing Nastya to all sorts of things like physical contact and space vampirism. These are complicated characters and I'd love to see them explored more in fic, especially when it's just the two of them.

Let's get some angst for these two. I'm down for either a mutual scenario where both are impacted by something like space sex pollen, or cultural misunderstandings leading to noncon or dubcon and them working through the aftermath of that when the reveal happens. Maybe the sexual tension bubbles over and Marius doesn't realize he's gone too far until it's too late. Maybe Lyf thinks they weren't allowed to refuse. Maybe Marius didn't realize his piratical flirting was being misinterpreted as legitimate threats. Perhaps post-album Lyf ends up on the Aurora and some of the crew joking around means Lyf thinks they have to submit to Marius or risk being airlocked.
Ideally I'd love to read about both the act itself and the aftermath, these two characters communicating properly for once is practically a kink itself.

Bern Keene & Violet Keene xcon Olivier Song. I feel bad for Olivier in canon, I really do. However, Bern and Violet punishing them in private, noticing how much Olivier craves praise and leans towards authority figures, and deciding to play on that? I would like to see it. Ideally sometime after the initial attacks, with Olivier being taken prisoner or seeking sanctuary and having to prove themselves trustworthy enough to be allowed out of confinement.
The Countess and Yaretzi mxcon. This is pure id desire on my part I admit that. Werewolf and vampire. Flirting and fighting. Bloodlust of every sort. Maybe it's a full moon, or a special ritual, or a curse, or they ate something from the swamps that had a strange effect. I'd love for them to both get to indulge in a way they haven't been able to in a long time, with a partner who can take what they give.
Yaretzi and Riot Maidstone mxcon. I just think they're neat? I'm weak for angry women, especially those who go a bit feral with rage in fights and on their quests. I think these two would have a lot to discuss. Maybe they meet during a full moon, or Riot seeks Yaretzi out thinking she can get some more power from her bite, or they're exposed to some Hallowoods pollen.

Gods can be jealous creatures, possessive of their chosen few. Would love to see Artemis take charge here and assert her dominance, either through a ritual, a manifestation of herself, or controlling someone else's body. Feel free to get real weird here, gods aren't human and they can change their shapes however they please.
Cel xcons Barret. Cel seems disinclined to kill Barret, as readily as the others are, potentially because Cel has been a villain in people's stories in the past. I'd like to see that explored. I'd very much like to see Cel taking Barret's life as their own and using him for experiments, as a lab assistant, or just a particularly grumpy toy.
Grizzop and Sasha mxcon. Maybe there's a heat, or a spell, or a strange ritual they stumble into. I love these two and their super close bond, and I'd love to see them possibly pining or having agreed not to act on their desires quite yet, and then having the issue forced. Robbing them of a proper first time, in a way, I find that specifically very cruel and fascinating.

Kaz Brekker and Inej Ghafa mxcon. I am so very taken by these two. They care so deeply about each other but can't say it, and both have struggles with physical affection for various reasons. I really really want to see what happens if they're forced together before they're ready by some external force, and have to deal with the fallout afterwards.

Melanie King xcons Jonathan Sims. Similar to the above, but instead, Melanie taking out her anger on Jon. Maybe residual Slaughter influence, maybe her outrage at him doing the surgery on her when she was knocked out, maybe post-apocalypse and Jon feels he owes her this much and doesn't resist. Would really love for Melanie to have a knife during it all.
Melanie King xcons Elias Bouchard. This is complicated. I was trying to work this out and came up with "the 70s horror appeal of an abused woman lashing back at her abusive boss and raping him at knifepoint but like he enjoys it too much and it's really weird." If that makes sense to you, great! If not, don't worry, I have more words:
I want Melanie to have her vengeance. I want her to get back at him. I'm real mad she wasn't there to see him arrested. I'm real mad she didn't get to stab him. I feel like Elias enjoys women hurting him way too much, maybe play that out a bit? Maybe they have a messed up, dark, deeply unhealthy relationship while she protects the Institute and he tries to steer into more of a Slaughter Soldier type. Maybe he can compel statements about her sex life and kinks, either to humiliate her or turn her on or enrage her. Maybe she has just enough Eye powers to turn that back on him for a change and drag out all the disgusting things he thinks about all day. Love the idea of her making him suck her fingers, her boot, her knife, anything to stop his lying tongue. Also remember for all his posturing, Elias snapped and beat a man to death with a pipe and called it an "overreaction" he's got violent rage going on too. You could really lean on the corporate horror of all this, the paperwork, contracts, reviews, disciplinary measures, etc.
My super self indulgent guilty pleasure concept: Melanie pins him down with a knife and fucks him in his office chair. And she's not fussed about him getting hurt in the process.

Ladies and Jon. I just really love these character lists here. There's so much potential. Double dates going horribly wrong, a play party going horribly wrong, Jon agreeing to some nonsexual submission and then a Leitner or an artifact or some sex pollen turning things into a very disturbing evening. I'd really love to see some exploration and/or acknowledgment of of Jon and Georgie's past relationship and what impact that has on them in a modern setting.
