Ok, so if you haven't seen the new NC this week, WATCH IT NOW OMG!!!!!!



... that whole ending ... oh my god ... that was PURE WIN ... and Mara Wilson was HILARIOUS and UNEXPECTED and BADASS and kinda wicked hot and totally owned the Critic and that's always fun when he gets all embarrassed and squirmy and shouty, innit? And now I ship them, because FoeYay with the Critic = fanfic for all. Especially when it's a Dominant Woman/Critic pairing. 
God, I don't know if I'll ever stop giggling about Doug's Old Shame video footage. 



Seriously, that was just what I needed after an emotionally and intellectually draining second-to-last day at college. Tomorrow I have two finals (not really finals, we just have to show up) and then I move out and go home. I'm trying to avoid thinking about that, because I don't want to go home, I want college to keep going on through summer. Some of my friends are graduating. Some are going to LA. Some are going abroad. I'm going to miss them so much! I don't really have many friends back home, I've made so many awesome friends this year ... I mean, there's Facebook and Skype, but it's not the same.

Ah well. Hilarious NC review. I'm pretty much all set to go. I've had a great first year at college. I just wish it wasn't over tomorrow.

Omg, the ending was amazing! The theme from Bram Stoker's Dracula mixed with a deliciously evil Mara Wilson was perfect! I just simply enjoyed it.

Yep! She was just RELISHING showing those clips and embarrassing him, especially when he was freaking out. Lol. Some of those clips were just ... wow.

Awww, thank you! Don't worry about me, this summer I'm working and looking for internship possibilities for next summer.
I realize now that the way I worded this entry makes it read like I'm graduating college. I'm not, tomorrow is the last day of my first YEAR at college. I'm coming back in the fall as a sophmore. What makes this time sad for me is that I have friends who are seniors who aren't coming back, friends studying abroad for a semester, friends going to LA for a semester, and a friend who's graduating early. Plus, I'm going to miss all of my friends all summer.
Mostly I'm happy. I had dinner with some of my friends tonight and there was lots of laughing and joking and discussion of movies and dirty jokes and such. I'm just putting off thinking about leaving, because once I start thinking about how tomorrow night I'll be back home and in my room and far away from my dorm and my floor and my friends and this great city ... I'll start crying. Like, a lot. I hope it doesn't hit me until I've said my goodbyes, trying to hug a friend and say goodbye properly isn't easy, i.e. "I ... I ... I DON'T WANNA LEAVE! WAAAAAAAAAAAH! ~unintelligible sobbing~"
I hope it doesn't hit me as I'm moving out, lugging boxes downstairs and into a car on a busy sidewalk while sobbing my eyes out is NOT a good plan at all.

And I know what you mean with your friends graduating and all. I went through the same thing when I was at Job Corp thinking I wasn't going to see half these people again. But you know they are not really gone as long as you have the good memories you shared with them.

Even for something as causual as watching tv together. Or playing a video game.

I know, right? I mean, dayum ... he's so hot now, but then he was ... no. Not even adorkable. That HAIR, those scary braces, the unfortunate glasses ... I'm glad he can laugh about it now, though, and not only that but show it to the entire internet! Brave soul!

First the Nerd, then the Chick, and now Mara! Epic lovely FoeYay is epic! (I mean, we ship him with EVERYONE and ANYONE and he's such a Little Black Dress, but the whole Mara skit ... wow.)
We're not terrible, they handed it to us on a silver platter! Plus, she's hilarious and very, very pretty. And him doing that "Buwhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" scream of his while she cackled was just fantastic.
