Two Doctor/Master Drabbles

Two Doctor/Master Drabbles

Title: When

Rating: PG-13 I suppose … implications of nastiness.

Pairing: Simm!Master/10th Doctor

Word Count: 204

Warnings: I’m American. My viewing of Doctor Who is severely limited, incredibly mixed up, (e.g. I don’t know what Rassilon and Omega are *commits hari-kari with laser screwdriver in fit of Whovian shame*)

Disclaimer: I don’t own Doctor Who. If I did, the Master wouldn’t have ‘died.’

Summary: The Doctor knows when …

My Thoughts: I just recently became a Master fangirl … then promptly became a Doctor/Master slasher. I mostly write Heroes slash. Please do not kill me for my weird fics.

It takes some time to become attuned to the Master, but, really, the Doctor has all the time in the universe, doesn’t he?

Now he knows when to stay with the Master, even when the Master is screaming obscenities in sixteen different languages, demanding that he leave him alone.

He knows when to hug the Master close and keep holding on for hours, and when to tell him to pull himself together.

He knows when to leave the Master alone, sometimes for days, and when to go looking for him.

He knows when to let the Master rage at him, hurt him, make him bleed, when to lie there and the Master do awful things to him, when to cry.

He knows when to make hot chocolate and sit on the other side of the room in silence.

He knows when to talk about their days at the Academy, and when to never mention Gallifrey at all.

He knows when to let the Master throw things for the shatter, when to open the TARDIS doors and watch the universe exist, and when to tie the Master down.

He knows when to dance with the Master.

He knows when to let the Master dance alone.

Title: Backwards

Rating: R … there are ‘naughty’ implications but if you’re uncomfortable with guy smex you shouldn’t be here …

Pairing: Simm!Master/10th Doctor

Word Count: 115

Warnings: I’m American. My viewing of Doctor Who is severely limited, incredibly mixed up, (e.g. I don’t know what Rassilon and Omega are *commits hari-kari with laser screwdriver in fit of Whovian shame*)

Disclaimer: I don’t own Doctor Who. If I did, the Master wouldn’t have ‘died.’

Summary: A hot moment with our favorite Time Lords … backwards. Because I’m weird.

My Thoughts: Dunno WHERE this came from, I am weird sometimes … a lot of the time, actually … also please don’t kill me, I’m new at Doctor/Master!

Oblivion. Like staring into the Vortex all over again, but finding peace in its staggering vastness. The Drums are silent for a split second …

So close … any second now … so hot …

Go faster!

Say my name again … it’s so sexy when you say it …

This is wrong … but that … oh, do that again please!

Unzipping his pants … where’s the lube? Why do they need it again?

The buttons on this shirt were invented by a sadist.

Shoving him down, straddling his lovely body … will those bird-bones of his break? Can’t wait to find out …

Really? You’re serious? This isn’t some sick game of yours?

Yay for more friends! I wandered over here via the Doctor/Master comm, if you were wondering. And yay for old Who! You're not a bad Whovian, just a new one. :) And being new is good, because it means you get to see the old stuff for the first time. Man, if you think those two are OTP from one three-part story arc, just you wait. :)

For some optimal Master viewing, I recommend "Terror of the Autons" (his first appearance, where you'll discover that they were always into phone sex), "Mind of Evil," and "The Sea Devils," all of which are the Master's earliest incarnation, played by the magnificent Roger Delgado (and all the Third Doctor, who's pretty awesome himself).

Also "Keeper of Traken," "Logopolis," and "Castrovalva," which form a three-story super-arc featuring the Master's long-awaited return. This is where he takes on what's probably his most famous regeneration, played by Anthony Ainley. "Keeper" and "Logopolis" are the Fourth Doctor; "Castrovalva" is the Fifth Doctor's first story. "Keeper" and "Logopolis," by the way, remain two of the best-produced Doctor Who stories ever. Consummate attention was given to detail, because it was the send-off for the longest-running and most popular Doctor ever (though the Doctor himself looks perhaps a bit wilted, but then he'd been doing this for seven years by then).

Oh, and "Mark of the Rani," which is the Sixth Doctor, whose coat takes a bit of getting used to. ...Okay, fine, so you may want to stock a blindfold in case your eyes start burning. But "Mark of the Rani" is so very much about them just screwing with each other for no good reason, other than to flirt because they can.

Finally, "The Five Doctors" is essential viewing--though it may be a bit less overwhelming if you've seen some other story arcs first, because that's a lot of Doctors all in one place. This is where the Master tells another Time Lord, "A universe without the Doctor scarcely bears thinking about." And you learn a lot about crazy Time Lord stuff in general.

Your friend can probably recommend some others. There is a LOT of Who; I haven't seen all the Master arcs, myself, but those are definitely some of the notables.

You are so kind ... it's a little daunting coming into a fandom that's been around for 60-odd years because 'the guy who played the invisible man on Heroes was the Ninth Doctor' ...

*cannot*

*giggles*

(and all the Third Doctor, who's pretty awesome himself).
So I have heard. He's the one with the scarf, right? *blushes* I know the first one, the-one-with-the-scarf, the one with the celery, the one who kissed Grace Holloway, Nine (my first) and Ten (who I have mixed feelings about.)

Oh, and "Mark of the Rani," which is the Sixth Doctor, whose coat takes a bit of getting used to. ...Okay, fine, so you may want to stock a blindfold in case your eyes start burning.
I lived through the Buffy-wardrobe. It takes a lot to freak me ...

But "Mark of the Rani" is so very much about them just screwing with each other for no good reason, other than to flirt because they can.
Sounds fantastic!

This is where the Master tells another Time Lord, "A universe without the Doctor scarcely bears thinking about."
H-h-h-he SAID THAT?! *passes out* When I see that I might just die and have to ressurect (I do that a lot ... slash is hazardous to my health!)

Your friend can probably recommend some others. There is a LOT of Who; I haven't seen all the Master arcs, myself, but those are definitely some of the notables.
Thank you very much for all of that! I'll definately get those onto my netflix list ... after I finish Jericho ...

The Fourth Doctor is the one with the scarf; the Third Doctor has a bit of a James Bond adventure thing going on. If you're curious, this is a blog that gives a quick rundown of Doctors, with pictures. The First Doctor is a little old white-haired man; the Second Doctor is an odd little black-haired man; the Third Doctor has curly white hair and likes fancy coats; the Fourth Doctor has the scarf, and curly brown hair; the Fifth Doctor has straight blond hair and the celery; the Sixth Doctor has curly blond hair and the Coat of DOOOOOOOOOM!; the Seventh Doctor has an umbrella and a hat; and the Eighth Doctor kissed Grace Halloway, and is as close as the Doctor has ever come to being ginger. :)

Ah thank you! You really are INSANELY helpful! *dives*

OMG I just saw that coat ...
OW MY EYES THEY BURN.
You really weren't kidding me ... seriously, I may never recover from THAT ... Willow's silly hats and Anya's florid shirts didn't even BEGIN to prepare me for that ... *reels*
I'm off to ... do something that washes my eyes ...
